Crystal and I are now officially engaged. On December 27th on our way out west to the Glenwood Springs area we stopped at the top of Loveland Pass. US Highway 6 passes through the continental divide, and at just over 12,000 feet in elevation I got down on one knee and proposed. She said yes.
The wedding is scheduled for April 14, 2007 in Columbia, MO. Check out wedding.scharlott.net for more information.

I've been working for a little over three months now and everything has gone well. I've been on call a few times without any incidents I wasn't able to handle. I'm looking forward to the upcoming months to get out to the mountains for snowboarding and skiing.

A quick update on my job search status. Over the last several weeks I have interviewed with several different companies. I've talked with Amazon, EchoStar (Dish Network), Eli Lilly, and Aprimo. Recently I've travelled to Indianapolis for second and third rounds of interviews with Aprimo and Eli Lilly respectively. I felt both went very well, and should know the results (and possible offers) by early December.
